~Hard Times~
This story starts slow and stays that way
So just sit back, and listen to what I gotta say
This little black boy was livin in the ghetto
Yet he was so fresh, like he came out of a medow
He sees his mom crying, he asked,"Hey mama what you doin?"
She tells him "Baby we gettin evicted our lives our ruined."
"But ma we our lives are ruined we livin in unbearable heat"
"Well you better brace yourself, we about to live in the streets,
But it's ok baby, we have more than a day
I have less than a week to make the rents pay"
"How you gonna get the money, you dont even have a job,
and just the other night we had gone and got robbed.
But wait ma, im not try'na get you mad."
"It's ok son i'm just a little sad"
"You can apply for a job and get money in no time."
"Yeah your right son, we're aint gonna lose this time"
She never got the money to pay for the bill
and all this stuff that happened ,did, against her will.
A couple days later thay had to live in the street
On that same night the boy's mama got beat.
Nobody knows what happened from there on
maybe i need to write a poem about them and what's going on.
